Crew Wanted - Female wanted to keep my girlfriend company, Malaysia and Indonesia,

Cruising Malaysia and Indonesia. Picking up 1 x crew 25th June sail for a week or so. We are captain and mate, captain is British and named Julian. Mate is Cambodian and named Muoy (speaks good English).. Yacht is a Hallberg Rassy 49 foot ketch. Just completed a re-fit and ready to go cruising. Big engine, good dinghy, new electronics, 12, 24,110, 220 volts. Generators and inverters. Currently in Langkawi Malaysia. Email, Facebook and Skype to discuss. Expenses based on shared costs. We eat vegetables and fish with occasional chicken. Our preference is not to fry food. This is not a party boat; neither captain nor mate drink alcohol or smoke. If you have to do either then moderation is a must. Certainly no drinking if on passage. Sailing and seeing nature at sea is our aim. Visiting new places and making new friends are also part of the plan. We would very much like to share our adventure with like-minded people.

Hi Julian and Muoy,

Do you still looking for a crew member? I'd like to know if there is a chance for me.

Available after June and time is not an issue.

Hallo Julian and Muoy, nice to meet you!

My name is Chiara and I am with my boyfriend Dave in Pulau Weh, Sumatra, closed to Sabang, right now.

We would love to learn how to sail and be helpful on board, doing a new experience! I am a diving instructor and Dave a dive master, I am Italian and he is from the USA. I do not know if you arrived already in Indonesia, but it would be great to be able to join you here! Let us know if we can share a part of your trip and we can wait for you here or move to a better place for you to pick us up! I can speak Indonesian and cook good italian recipes, both of us have a good sense of humour! Have a great day!

Chiara and Dave

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the heads-up, seems like you only just joined and you have a contact near you, thanks Floatplan!

I have sent you a friend request so that we might have a more direct contact via email.

To answer your question about coming to Sabang: yes i may well bring that into my passage plan.

I need to know your time-line though. I pick up a guy on 25th June in Malaysia and cvannot come over to Sabang before that. I will also want/need to get him up to speed before crossing to Sabang.

Have you a work commitment in Sabang?

Would you want to sail Sabang to Phuket later in the year?

Give me some parameters and I will try to plan with them in mind.

I am definitely interested in your diving skills and have some gear aboard but no compressor.

Try returning a message to liveaboardsailing at g**** dot com

Thanks
